Subject: [PATCH 1/1] IB/hfi1: Use bitmap_zalloc() when applicable
Git-commit: f86dbc9fc5d83384eae7eda0de17f823e8c81ca0
Patch-mainline: v5.17-rc1
References: git-fixes

Use 'bitmap_zalloc()' to simplify code, improve the semantic and avoid
some open-coded arithmetic in allocator arguments.

Also change the corresponding 'kfree()' into 'bitmap_free()' to keep
consistency.
