Subject: [PATCH] usb: xhci: make function xhci_dbc_free_req static
Git-commit: 66222f0d4b0ffba0bae2a6a785dc6eaa67cf532e
Patch-mainline: v4.16-rc1
References: FATE#325197

Function xhci_dbc_free_req is local to the source and does not need to
be in global scope, so make it static.

Cleans up sparse warning:
symbol 'xhci_dbc_free_req' was not declared. Should it be static?
