Subject: omapdrm: hdmi4: hook up the HDMI CEC support
Git-commit: 1897e1a394c3a54a86dd46656e96d58e135033db
Patch-mainline: v4.15-rc1
References: FATE#326289 FATE#326079 FATE#326049 FATE#322398 FATE#326166

Hook up the HDMI CEC support in the hdmi4 driver.
