Subject: drm/i915: Move i915_vma_move_to_active() to i915_vma.c
Git-commit: e6bb1d7f1adfcd24ac7d82ab157a8b8809a0d2c8
Patch-mainline: v4.19-rc1
References: FATE#326289 FATE#326079 FATE#326049 FATE#322398 FATE#326166

i915_vma_move_to_active() has grown beyond its execbuf origins, and
should take its rightful place in i915_vma.c as a method for i915_vma!
