Subject: [PATCH] drm/i915/selftests: Attach a stub pm_domain
Git-commit: 1a0c19248a2f692af352f8b4b3e9b7f8a43bfd52
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
References: FATE#322643 bsc#1055900

Supply a pm_domain and its ops for our mock GEM device so that
device runtime pm doesn't complain even though we only want to mark it
permanently active!
