Subject: [PATCH] scsi: hptiop: Simplify reset handling
Git-commit: aceb294823ac8968ff1f282aa72002f40c2de81c
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
References: bsc#1118139

The Highpoint driver only has one reset function, and that is a host
reset. So stop pretending we're doing anything else.
