Subject: selftests/bpf: Make bpf_util work on uniprocessor systems
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc3
Git-commit: 56a268cd4a410081d477913d51e044039d3a8834
References: bsc#1109837

The current implementation fails to work on uniprocessor systems.
Fix the parser to also handle the uniprocessor case.
