Subject: scsi: aacraid: Use correct function to get ctrl health
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
Git-commit: 9473ddb2b037161b0bf16b60b37694f961fd6d48
References: FATE#322889, bsc#1049519

The command thread checks the ctrl health periodically before sending
updates to the controller. The function that it uses is aac_check_health
which does more than get the health status.
