Subject: [PATCH] pktcdvd: remove the call to blk_queue_bounce
Git-commit: e442cbf910c71fba5926cf757dd7f8fcce22fc5f
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
References: fate#322738,fate#322919,fate#322950,fate#323773

pktcdvd is a make_request based stacking driver and thus doesn't have any
addressing limits on it's own. It also doesn't use bio_data() or
page_address(), so it doesn't need a lowmem bounce either.
