Subject: drm/i915/gtt: Avoid calling non-existent allocate_va_range
Git-commit: 37800ca8037adeeb1ccd23dc15f6452b395e3101
Patch-mainline: v4.19-rc1
References: FATE#326289 FATE#326079 FATE#326049 FATE#322398 FATE#326166

On hsw and older, we do not need to allocate the ppgtt on the fly and so
ppgtt->allocate_va_range() is NULL. Fixup ppgtt_bind_vma not to call it,
in that case!

v2: PIN_UPDATE still exists.
