Subject: IB/hfi1: Refactor reset_ctxt() IOCTL
Patch-mainline: v4.15-rc1
Git-commit: ecf799852bde85ae9c1713b2a68dce4a03054f1b
References: bsc#1114685 FATE#325854

The IOCTL is a bit unwieldy. Refactor reset_ctxt() to be a bit more
manageable.
