Subject: IB/rdmavt, hfi1, qib: Modify check_ah() to account for extended LIDs
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
Git-commit: 13c19222889daf91da36b7fb63b5d5d9ce89b377
References: bsc#1060463 FATE#323043 bsc#1027067 FATE#322649 bsc#1058717 FATE#322789

rvt_check_ah() delegates lid verification to underlying
driver. Underlying driver uses different conditions to
check for dlid depending on whether the device supports
extended LIDs
