Subject: RDMA/core: Use the MODNAME instead of the function name for pd
 callers
Patch-mainline: v4.16-rc1
Git-commit: e449644741af523fa345f41494e19a0914709a69
References: bsc#1103992 FATE#326009

Each of our modules only allocates a PD in one place, so there isn't any
loss in detail, while MODNAME is more useful and recognizable as something
to expose to the user.
