Subject: i40evf: Make VF reset warning message more clear
Patch-mainline: v4.17-rc1
Git-commit: 693acdd0f18b4b2a52439804dd756db8397044da
References: bsc#1101816 FATE#325147 FATE#325149

When the PF resets the VF, the VF puts out a warning message
indicating that the VF received a reset message from the PF.
Make this message more clear so that we do not mistakenly
think that the PF is undergoing a reset.
