Subject: nvme: rename NVME_CTRL_RECONNECTING state to NVME_CTRL_CONNECTING
Patch-mainline: v4.16-rc2
Git-commit: ad6a0a52e6de3d1161b7999c7903db906ba4cf79
References: FATE#323952, FATE#322506

In pci transport, this state is used to mark the initialization
process. This should be also used in other transports as well.
