Subject: scsi: aacraid: change wait_sem to a completion
Git-commit: dc71eccc175eae4959b06ae697ebef019719063d
Patch-mainline: v5.0-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-4710 bsc#1136161

The wait_sem member is used like a completion, so we should
use the respective API. The behavior is unchanged.
