Subject: scsi: fnic: do not call host reset from command abort
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
Git-commit: 7c3a50bb9b6ec289126085ccfe205ed0cc3c0a85
References: bsc#1075700

Command abort already returns FAILED, which will then be escalated to a
host reset. So no need to call host_reset directly.
