Subject: scsi: hisi_sas: change queue depth from 512 to 4096
Patch-mainline: v5.1-rc1
Git-commit: 1273d65f29045df915ff1448672cca22f7c078e6
References: bsc#1137322 bsc#1137323 bsc#1138099 bsc#1138100

If sending IOs to many disks from single queue, it is possible that the
queue may be full. To avoid the situation, change queue depth from 512 to
4096 which is the max number of IOs for v3 hw.
