Subject: scsi: lpfc: Fix header inclusion in lpfc_nvmet
Patch-mainline: v4.17-rc1
Git-commit: 8d731d1aa993c44fcf4de0dbd42059e00cf37102
References: bsc#1080657

The driver was inappropriately pulling in the nvme host's nvme.h
header. What it really needed was the standard <linux/nvme.h> header.
