Subject: RDMA/core: Cleanup device capability enum
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
Git-commit: 78b57f9529225111b440e6e5150f52f5d44e3c60
References: bsc#1046306 FATE#322942
Cleanup patch prior exporting the ib_device_cap_flags
to the user space. In this patch, we are aligning the
indentation, removing IB_DEVICE_INIT_TYPE and IB_DEVICE_RESERVED
fields, because it is not used in the kernel.
