Subject: ACPI: processor: Replace kernel.h with the necessary inclusions
Patch-mainline: v5.17-rc1
Git-commit: 6fd13452c1a2e6dfe5b9a4c84c1144383cc55472
References: jsc#PED-1408

When kernel.h is used in the headers it adds a lot into dependency hell,
especially when there are circular dependencies are involved.

Replace kernel.h inclusion with the list of what is really being used.
