Subject: [PATCH] writeback: switch wakeup_flusher_threads() to cyclic
writeback
References: bnc#1081213
Patch-mainline: v4.15
Git-commit: d31cd9d326f216fca9a602dddac254f668f5dcd6
We're writing back the full range of dirty pages on the devices,
there's no point in making this special and not do normal range
cyclic writeback.
