Subject: [PATCH] nvdimm/region: Delete nd_blk_region infrastructure
Git-commit: 3b6c6c039707f6bb7c64af2aa82a437fabb93aee
Patch-mainline: v5.18-rc1
References: jsc#PED-1689, jsc#PED-1690

Now that the nd_namespace_blk infrastructure is removed, delete all the
region machinery to coordinate provisioning aliased capacity between
PMEM and BLK.
