Subject: drm/display: Move HDCP helpers into display-helper module
Git-commit: 6a99099fe1d6c46cbcd74298eeb386c4b9048f77
Patch-mainline: v5.19-rc1
References: jsc#PED-1166 jsc#PED-1168 jsc#PED-1170 jsc#PED-1218 jsc#PED-1220 jsc#PED-1222 jsc#PED-1223 jsc#PED-1225

Move DRM's HDCP helper library into the display/ subdirectory and add
it to DRM's display helpers. Split the header file into core and helpers.
Update all affected drivers. No functional changes.

v3:
	* fix Kconfig dependencies
v2:
	* fix include statements (Jani, Javier)
	* update Kconfig symbols
