Subject: ACPI/IORT: Add a helper to retrieve RMR info directly
Patch-mainline: v6.0-rc1
Git-commit: e302eea8f49717253ac64fd45b7cc719e87fa010
References: jsc#PED-1408

This will provide a way for SMMU drivers to retrieve StreamIDs
associated with IORT RMR nodes and use that to set bypass settings
for those IDs.
