Subject: ACPI: processor: idle: Expose max_cstate/nocst/bm_check_disable
 read-only in sysfs
Patch-mainline: v5.19-rc1
Git-commit: 27263b3428f5b2b73be97adf3d679125b6065271
References: jsc#PED-1408

This will allow super users to verify the module parameters in question
when changed via kernel command line.

The parameters "nocst/bm_check_disable" are only used for enable/disable,
so change them from integer to bool.
