Subject: [PATCH] block: add a bdev_fua helper
Git-commit: a557e82e5a01826f902bd94fc925c03f253cb712
Patch-mainline: v5.19-rc1
References: jsc#PED-1183

Add a helper to check the FUA flag based on the block_device instead of
having to poke into the block layer internal request_queue.
