Subject: [PATCH] block: move rq_qos_exit() into disk_release()
Git-commit: 5ca7546fe317bd181ad55f623f6e522069c2e426
Patch-mainline: v5.18-rc1
References: jsc#PED-1183

Keep all teardown of file system I/O related functionality in one place.
There can't be file system I/O in disk_release(), so it is safe to move
rq_qos_exit() there.
