Subject: net/mlx5: Remove unnecessary checks for slow path flag
Patch-mainline: v5.16-rc1
Git-commit: a64c5edbd20ec042fcd719c6aec0574e68db618b
References: jsc#SLE-19253

After previous changes, caller (mlx5e_tc_offload_fdb_rules()) already
checks for the slow path flag, and if set won't call offload/unoffload
sample.
