Subject: [PATCH] writeback: rename domain_update_bandwidth()

References: bsc#1190209 (VM/FS functional and performance backports)
Patch-mainline: v5.15-rc1
Git-commit: 42dd235cb15c06c8446f9aed695648a3c2eb8d11

Rename domain_update_bandwidth() to domain_update_dirty_limit().  The
original name is a misnomer. The function has nothing to do with a
bandwidth, it updates dirty limits.
