Subject: lan78xx: Enable LEDs and auto-negotiation
Patch-mainline: Not yet, no apparent attempt so far, doesn't really fit the bug; drop with SLE16 if not upstreamed

For applications of the LAN78xx that don't have valid programmed
EEPROMs or OTPs, enabling both LEDs and auto-negotiation by default
seems reasonable.
