Subject: mm: don't include <linux/memremap.h> in <linux/mm.h>
Git-commit: dc90f0846df4870b6cc8528c31e5c60f18fb68be
Patch-mainline: v5.18-rc1
References: jsc#PED-1294

Move the check for the actual pgmap types that need the free at refcount
one behavior into the out of line helper, and thus avoid the need to
pull memremap.h into mm.h.
