Subject: net: hns3: simplify hclgevf_cmd_csq_clean
Patch-mainline: v5.2-rc1
Git-commit: ffd0a922cdea3f37438aeb76a154da1775e82626
References: bsc#1104353 FATE#326415

csq is used as a ring buffer, the value of the desc will be replaced
in next use. This patch removes the unnecessary memset, and just
updates the next_to_clean.
