Subject: [PATCH 061/221] soc/fsl/qbman: Rework ioremap() calls for ARM/PPC
Patch-mainline: Submitted, https://lkml.org/lkml/2017/5/1/365
References: FATE#320030
Rework ioremap() for PPC and ARM. The PPC devices require a
non-coherent mapping while ARM will work with a non-cachable/write
combine mapping.
