Subject: s390: vfio-ap: fix warning reset not completed
Git-commit: 024cdcdbf3cf9904465a7d5256d8594defa2758b
Patch-mainline: v5.4-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-7524 LTC#178970
The intention seems to be to warn once when we don't wait enough for the
reset to complete. Let's use the right retry counter to accomplish that
semantic.
