Subject: fscache: Remove the cookie parameter from fscache_clear_page_bits()
Git-commit: 2c547f299827c12244d613eb2ee3616d88f56088
Patch-mainline: v5.18-rc3
References: jsc#SES-1880

The cookie is not used at all, remove it and update the usage in io.c
and afs/write.c (which is the only user outside of fscache currently)
at the same time.

[DH: Amended the documentation also]
