Subject: [PATCH] block: deprecate autoloading based on dev_t
Git-commit: fbdee71bb5d8d054e1bdb5af4c540f2cb86fe296
Patch-mainline: v5.18-rc1
References: jsc#PED-1183

Make the legacy dev_t based autoloading optional and add a deprecation
warning. This kind of autoloading has ceased to be useful about 20 years
ago.
