People who have an issue or questions about a potential Code of Conduct violation can contact the Moderation Team by filing a private issue.
This applies to all circumstances.
If you feel someone has infringed upon the code of conduct, the project moderation team will discuss the matter in question with you. The project has processes in place to discuss, arbitrate and address issues that arise within the project.
