This came up during the Leap 15.3 retrospective meeting today - where we go through the collected data from the users by the survey - has been pointed out that the system upgrade instructions has to be simplified by the time we reach 15.4 (ideally sooner).

I did some experimental work on this front for DNF for 15.3, but because of issues with how updates get released, it's still not in Leap 15.3 yet...
